Competitions
At Empire Gymnastics we host
local home meets, as well as attending away meets.
We encourage our students to focus on fun, which contributes to a healthy competition environment and builds self esteem. At Empire home meets, each child is awarded certificates of achievement, along with ribbons for their individual event scores on each event. Medals & trophies are awarded in the all-around event also, and each student receives an award.
Competitions at Empire are used to help students improve upon their individual routines, helping them to achieve their personal best.
